Create a candidate-owned workspace with permission or invite an existing candidate. Collaborate under a clear access grant, then send a frozen resume version to a hirer through a recipient-specific link that can expire or be revoked.
Recruiter and candidate accounts use separate registration and sign-in pages.

Work within the grant
Full control covers the candidate profile and all resumes. One-resume access limits editing to an independent resume snapshot and can separately allow sending.
3 · Send
Share a frozen version
Email a recipient-specific link with an expiry date and optional note. Delivery and viewing appear in sharing history, and authorized users can revoke the link.

The candidate remains the owner
Candidates can change a recruiter from full control to one resume, switch the selected resume, disable sending, or remove access immediately. Recruiters cannot delete candidate data or grant themselves more access.
